Chips

Chips are crispy and amazing. These chips are made from potatoes, bananas, rice and other unknown things. Different kinds of spices are used in all these chips and other flavors are also used which add taste to it like salt, chilli, masala, tomato, onion, cheese. Flowers like Punjabi tadka are used.

Gathiya

Namkeen gathiya
Gathiya is one of the Namkeen. In Padharo sweets, Gathiya is made from flour and it is fried after putting it in hot oil so that it becomes crispy. Namkeen tastes good both in salt and crispy. Packets or boxes of Namkeen are also sold in sweet shops.

Gathiya is kept in festivals like Deepawali and Holi. Gathiya is served with Namkeen sev, chakli. It does not get spoiled for a long time.

Many types of Gathiya are sold in the market. Different types of masala-based Gathiya are made. We are from our family. We use prescription spices, the taste of all is better

Sev

Sev is the name of sev which comes first when we hear the word nakmeen namkeen. It is made of flour, has a lot of flavour and is liked by the people.

People use sev in various ways like mixer sev, murmura BHEL, samosa is used in the batter. Its taste is different from spices.

Bakarwadi

This is the most unique dish among Namkeen which is spicy from outside and from inside. This can also be eaten as a light snack. There are two flavors in it, one is slightly sweet and the other is slightly spicy. The taste of both is amazing. This is eaten in the evening with tea.
