Jalebi Many of our people like to eat it for breakfast. It is specially made during festivals. It tastes better if it is a little sweet and crunchy. Jalebi tastes good only if eaten hot. You will get this hot in the evening at our shop. Recipe for making it – It is made from flour. After making sugar paste in water, the flour is rolled into balls and then put in hot oil. Then Jalebi is dipped in sugar syrup. It becomes sweet and soft.
